INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Pureflo Window Cleaning. By booking or receiving our services, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully before using our services.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

The customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day.
If we have not been given access to the rear of your property on the day of the clean, we will clean the front of your property only and either the minimum charge of £22 will apply, or 50% of the overall clean cost, whichever is the larger amount.

24 HOUR CLEAN GUARANTEE

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to clean the affected windows.
If we are contacted outside of the 24 hour period, you will not qualify for a free re-clean.

MINIMUM CHARGE

A minimum charge price of £22 will apply to all properties regardless of size or the amount of windows cleaned.

PAYMENT

All payments must be made within 7 days of the service date.
Our preferred method of payment is via GoCardless.
If a customer really does not want to use this method, we are willing to take payment by bank transfer, card, or cash on the day the service is provided.
If payments are repeatedly missed or delayed, we reserve the right to either postpone or cancel any future service provided by Pureflo Window Cleaning.

SCHEDULING

We try our best to maintain a regular 6 weekly schedule.
However, if for unforeseen circumstances such as poor or dangerous weather, or larger jobs, then your 6 weekly clean may get pushed back by a few days or up to 1 week.
This is very rare and we always aim to stay on target.

CANCELLATIONS AND SKIPPED CLEANS

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your clean.
Cancellations made on the day of the clean, or if access is not provided to the property, the minimum charge of £22 will apply.
Frequent cancellations or skips may result in being removed from our regular cleaning schedule.

LIABILITY

We take every care possible during cleaning.

Pureflo Window Cleaning will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage on or around your property.
Any new damage that a customer notices must be reported to Pureflo Window Cleaning within 24 hours of receiving our service.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pureflo Window Cleaning reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately once posted.
